About the role#
ATCS is hiring Civil Engineering Interns for the Summer 2027 program. These are full-time, hybrid positions based in Cary, North Carolina. You will work alongside our staff on technical and administrative tasks, gaining exposure to real-world projects and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Support engineers and staff across various project roles.
- Prepare engineering and design documents using computer-assisted software.
- Collect, prepare, and analyze project data.
- Collaborate with team members to finish tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to keep projects moving.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a B.S. in Civil Engineering program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
- Exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Microstation is a plus.
