About the role#
ATCO is hiring four students for a Supply Chain Co-op term starting in January 2027. This is a full-time, four-month position based on-site in Edmonton. You will work directly with the Supply Chain and Procurement team to support daily operations and long-term process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Manage procurement workflows and handle purchase request intake.
- Track inventory levels and assist with reconciliation and replenishment tasks.
- Analyze spend data to identify trends and report on material utilization.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet sourcing and purchasing needs.
- Support the management of the product data hub to ensure catalogue consistency.
- Help develop process improvements to increase inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate co-op or internship program at a recognized Canadian university.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written forms.
