About the role#
ATC is looking for a Human Resources intern for Summer 2027. This role provides exposure to talent acquisition, organizational development, and learning initiatives. You will gain experience across the full employee lifecycle and see how HR functions support business success.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and maintenance of talent acquisition tools and templates.
- Assist with learning and development initiatives, focusing on leadership and employee career growth.
- Contribute to HR process improvement, documentation, and automation projects.
- Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional partners on internal initiatives.
- Gain insight into HR strategic functions.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A strong interest in recruiting, employee development, and process optimization.
- Solid organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.
- A desire to work in a collaborative environment.
- Curiosity about how HR supports business operations.
