About the role#
We are looking for an Estimating and Cost Engineering Intern to join our project execution teams. You will support the tracking, analysis, and reporting of cost and performance metrics for our capital infrastructure projects.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of project cost estimates for capital infrastructure.
- Assist with the implementation and updates of estimating tools.
- Help build and maintain earned value management tools.
- Track key indicators of project health and performance.
- Prepare and analyze reports regarding field change requests, scope, and cost metrics.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost engineering processes.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- You are analytical and organized.
- You have an interest in understanding how infrastructure projects are scoped, tracked, and delivered.
- You possess a curiosity for the electric utility industry and how critical infrastructure is built.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in either Pewaukee, Wisconsin, or Cottage Grove, Wisconsin.
- The pay range for this position is $21-23 per hour.
