About the role#
We are looking for a Tax Intern to join our team for the 2027 tax season. This position offers hands-on experience with tax processes and projects in a professional setting. You will work alongside our team to gain practical knowledge in the field.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and analyze tax documents.
- Support the team with tax regulations and filing requirements.
- Research tax-related issues and provide recommendations.
- Gather data by collaborating with other departments.
- Identify process improvements and efficiencies.
- Provide clear updates to team members and stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Availability to work at least 15 to 20 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to solve problems and analyze data effectively.
