About the role#
This 12-week summer internship provides hands-on experience in corporate benefits administration. You will work within our HR team to support research, analytics, and employee communications. This is a full-time, paid position based in Green Bay.
What you'll do#
- Participate in structured programming, including orientation, workshops, and networking events.
- Support the HR benefits team with day-to-day tasks and project-based work.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and timelines.
- Assist with research and analytics to help deliver effective benefit programs.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program.
- Sophomore, junior, or senior standing at the start of the internship.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical thinking abilities.
