About the role#

Arlo Technologies is seeking a Hardware Engineer Co-op to join the team in Richmond, British Columbia. This full-time, 8-month position offers hands-on experience with the product development life cycle, ranging from prototype to mass production. You will work on IoT product design and gain exposure to testing equipment and wireless technologies.

What you'll do#

Test and design baseband circuits, including switching power supplies, battery charging systems, and power consumption tests.
Follow design verification test plans and document reports for wireless devices.
Assist with the assembly, rework, and debug of various wireless products.

What you'll need#

Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with wireless products, such as BLE or WiFi, is considered a strong asset.
Software development, programming, or scripting experience is preferred.

Location & details#

Location: Richmond, British Columbia, Canada.
Term: Summer 2026 (8-month duration).
Modality: On-site.
Status: Full-time (40 hours per week).
Compensation: CAD $3,700 - $4,000 per month.
