About the role#
Arlo Technologies is seeking a Hardware Engineer Co-op for an 8-month full-time term. You will join the hardware team in Richmond to gain hands-on experience with the development lifecycle of wireless products, from initial prototypes to mass production. This role provides exposure to various test equipment and wireless technologies.
What you'll do#
- Test and design baseband circuits, including battery charging systems and switching power supplies.
- Conduct power consumption tests.
- Follow design verification test plans and document your findings for wireless devices.
- Assist with the assembly, rework, and debugging of wireless products.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with programming, software development, or scripting is preferred.
- Familiarity with wireless products like BLE or WiFi is an asset.

- Location: Richmond, British Columbia, Canada.

- Compensation: CAD $3,700 - $4,000 per month.
