Routers, Switches, IP phones etc. Assist with monitoring and analyzing network traffic reports Assist with development of network monitoring solutions ie. Email alerts, dashboards, records management etc. Assist Fiber operations field techs with deployment and troubleshooting of fiber connectivity to AECC assets The ability to communicate to diverse audiences on complex topics. The ability to handle stress and work well with others are stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position. Performs any other related duties as required or assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma Pursuing a college degree in IT related field.
