About the role#
The EdTech Innovation Fellow joins the Innovation & Emerging Initiatives team at ASU EdPlus. This role focuses on the design and delivery of digital teaching and learning models to improve student success in higher education. You will work alongside executive leaders, faculty, and industry partners to develop grant proposals, funding pitches, and strategic narratives. This position offers exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to contribute to strategic decision-making while managing projects from concept through implementation.
What you'll do#
- Partner with executive leaders and key stakeholders to identify emerging opportunities and define strategic priorities.
- Research and pursue funding, partnership, and growth opportunities, translating ideas into proposals, briefings, and presentations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex challenges into clear strategies, actionable plans, and fundable solutions.
- Develop project roadmaps, communication strategies, and implementation plans to move initiatives from vision to reality.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, design-thinking workshops, and planning activities to align teams and generate solutions.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external partners.
- Leverage generative AI tools to improve the quality of writing, research, analysis, and project management workflows.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic communications, competitive grants, and proposals.
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in innovation-driven environments.
- Proficiency in leveraging project management and AI tools to improve outcomes.
