Secondaries & Primaries Intern - Summer 2027

About the role#

This internship offers the opportunity to join the team as an integral member, taking on significant responsibilities throughout the Summer 2027 term. You will work within the Secondaries & Primaries division, contributing to core investment functions and supporting the team's global objectives.

What you'll do#

• Support the investment team with financial modeling and valuation analysis of private equity funds and companies.
• Prepare investment recommendations for presentation to the global investment committee.
• Execute various ad hoc reports and projects as required by the team.

What you'll need#

• Current undergraduate student status, including eligibility for full-time co-op programs (December graduates are welcome to apply).
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance principles and the ability to analyze investment opportunities.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and proficiency in writing and memo-drafting.
• Fluency in English.
• Previous experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or valuation is a plus.
• An analytical mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
