About the role#
As a Secondaries & Primaries Intern at Ardian, you will join our Montreal team for a full-time, on-site role. You will take on significant responsibilities from your first day and act as an integral member of the investment team.
What you'll do#
- Support the team with core investment functions.
- Build financial models and perform valuation analysis for private equity funds and companies.
- Prepare investment recommendations for the global investment committee.
- Complete various ad hoc reports and projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- You are a student in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration expected to graduate in May 2026 or December 2026, and you are eligible for a co-op program.
- You have previous experience in finance, specifically within investment banking, strategy consulting, or valuation.
- You possess a deep understanding of corporate finance principles and have an interest in Private Equity.
- You have strong skills in Excel modeling and memo-drafting.
- You are organized, motivated, and maintain an analytical mindset.
- You are fluent in both French and English.
