About the role#
Arcadis is seeking a Real Estate & Development Intern to support commercial operations through reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence. This role focuses on analyzing project performance data and developing insights to assist with strategic decision-making within the real estate and development sector.
What you'll do#
- Collect, validate, and analyze business and operational project data to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Support commercial operations initiatives through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Analyze trends, KPIs, and business performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create data visualizations and presentations for leadership and stakeholder reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and improve data quality.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives through data analysis and workflow documentation.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and special projects related to business operations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting and visualization tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
