About the role#
ARC Resources Ltd. is seeking a Supply Chain Management Co-op Student for a 12-month term starting in January 2027. This position reports to the Team Lead of Procurement and is based in our Calgary office. You will work directly with the Supply Chain Management team to support sourcing, contract administration, and procurement operations.
What you'll do#
- Support or lead sourcing events and assist Category Management Advisors with data analysis and strategy development.
- Initiate Master Services Agreements in SAP Ariba and coordinate with Legal departments to facilitate negotiations.
- Ensure agreements are fully executed, uploaded to the system, and kept accurate throughout their lifecycle.
- Manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and assist with issue resolution.
- Perform reporting and data analysis using SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and OpenInvoice.
- Create and maintain procurement process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources.
What you'll need#
- Currently in your second or third year of a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Management with a focus in Supply Chain Management.
- Must be returning to your studies after the work term.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute to a team environment.
