About the role#
Arbella Insurance Group is looking for an undergraduate student to join our Claim Team for the Fall 2026 semester. You will work directly with Claim Professionals to support our daily operations. We assign a dedicated mentor to guide you throughout the program. This internship is based at our headquarters in Quincy, Massachusetts, and offers a flexible schedule of at least 15 hours per week. Depending on your performance and business needs, there may be opportunities for a full-time role after the internship ends.
What you'll do#
- Process loss and expense payments within your assigned authority.
- Perform data entry across multiple claim databases.
- Request police reports and other necessary investigative materials.
- Draft and send correspondence as directed by Claim Professionals.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, printing, and copying documents.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student.
- Ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively.
- Basic computer skills.
- Comfort working in an environment that requires handling multiple tasks quickly.
- We welcome applicants from all majors, including Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Communications, and Criminal Justice.
Location & details#
- Location: Quincy, Massachusetts (On-site).
- Term: Fall 2026, starting September 2026.
- Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Minimum 15 hours per week with flexibility for your classes.
