Arbella Insurance Group is offering a Contact Center Internship for the Fall 2026 semester. This program includes classroom training, on-the-job training, and mentorship. Interns may work within the Customer Service or Claim Service Center departments, where they will handle inbound inquiries, manage work distribution, and shadow professionals to learn about various operations. This is a paid, full-time position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
What you'll do#
- Communicate effectively with customers, agents, third parties, and vendors across multiple channels.
- Guide customers through billing, policy, and claim-related inquiries with care and compassion.
- Research and analyze policy, billing, and claim activity to identify and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with independent agents and internal teams to escalate urgent customer concerns using sound judgment.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering exceptional service.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support department goals and core values, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Sound technical aptitude and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Basic computer skills.
- A desire for potential permanent employment.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
