About the role#
Prosperity7 Ventures is the venture fund of Aramco Ventures. We back technology companies in AI, deeptech, and enterprise software. This summer internship focuses on deal execution, market analysis, and competitor research for our North American operations. You will work with our global team across the investment lifecycle, from initial origination to ongoing portfolio management.
What you'll do#
- Research and build investment theses to identify new technology areas.
- Support due diligence by reviewing data rooms, performing financial modeling, and analyzing markets, competitors, and intellectual property.
- Draft investment memorandums and presentations for all stage gates.
- Analyze follow-on investment, exit, and shareholder action recommendations.
- Screen and prioritize incoming investment opportunities.
- Maintain the deal flow database and manage transaction documentation.
- Report on portfolio company performance to regional and headquarters management.
What you'll need#
- MBA from a tier 1 program.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, management, economics, or finance.
- At least two years of experience in venture capital, corporate development, consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Ability to evaluate technologies and value propositions.
- Knowledge of technology commercialization, intellectual property, valuation, and governance.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented approach to tracking metrics and managing pipelines.
