About the role#
The 2026 Sophomore Summer Analyst program is a 10-week opportunity for students to join the Innovation team. Analysts work alongside junior and senior professionals to support the firm's investment strategies. The role involves partnering with technology teams, subject matter experts, and investment professionals to streamline workflows and implement new technologies across business lines.
What you'll do#
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology solutions.
- Collaborate with investment professionals to improve day-to-day business efficiency.
- Act as an innovation liaison for key stakeholders, leaders, and external parties.
- Research and lead discovery efforts, including proofs of concept and smart experiments.
- Manage both high-level project goals and technical details.
- Identify and remove roadblocks to accelerate the delivery of innovation ideas.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (Class of 2028).
- Demonstrated interest in finance and technology through coursework, jobs, or previous internships.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with REST or GraphQL.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to debug, solve problems, and learn new analytical tools.
- Ability to multitask and work independently or collaboratively to meet deadlines.
