About the role#
The Human Resources Intern supports our team by analyzing engagement data and building strategies to improve workplace culture and organizational effectiveness. This is a project-based role where you own a core technical assignment from start to finish. You will gain hands-on experience and present your findings to technical leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Manage a dedicated 12-week project, including timelines, a final report, and a presentation of your recommendations.
- Design and deploy pulse surveys to gather feedback on employee engagement.
- Analyze data regarding retention, participation, and sentiment to evaluate program success.
- Create a 12-month engagement roadmap, including recognition programs and community initiatives.
- Support the coordination of employee communications and cultural awareness events.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and the development of data-driven strategies for future investments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising senior in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify trends in data and present clear recommendations.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience with survey design, research, or data analysis is preferred.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
