About the role#
As a Summer Associate, you will work on complex business problems within a collaborative environment. You may work on multiple projects across various practice areas and industries. This role is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Drive the research, analysis, and strategy of cases.
- Help lead the development of empirical models using SAS, R, Stata, and Python.
- Contribute to and oversee the review of academic and industry research.
- Evaluate client documents to develop support for client needs.
- Assist in the development of expert reports and other client deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to identify evidence-based solutions.
- Work with colleagues at all levels across offices to foster an inclusive team environment.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree with a graduation date by summer 2028.
- Strong quantitative and research skills combined with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Ability to apply targeted research to address client challenges.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn.
- Ability to anticipate and respond effectively to opposing arguments.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas concisely.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Strong academic track record with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
