About the role#
As a Research Professional Intern, you will work on complex business problems within a collaborative team. You will handle multiple projects at once, applying analytical expertise to support clients in the life sciences industry. This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to real-world research while working alongside internal experts and external academics. Interns are evaluated at the end of the program for potential full-time offers.
What you'll do#
- Identify, design, and implement rigorous research methodologies.
- Conduct analyses using health care data sources, including electronic health records, claims data, clinical trial data, registries, and survey data.
- Support the development, parameterization, and validation of cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and burden-of-illness models.
- Support client submissions to global regulatory agencies.
- Prepare findings for internal and external presentations.
- Collaborate across internal teams and with external experts to produce high-quality conference presentations and peer-reviewed publications.
What you'll need#
- In-progress bachelor’s or master’s degree in biostatistics, computer science, data science, economics, epidemiology, health economics, health policy, mathematics, physics, psychometrics, public health, statistics, or related fields.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience in statistical programming and data analysis.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- A 3.3 GPA or higher in your most recent degree.
- Strong academic record with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a collaborative, inclusive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and producing high-quality work.

- Locations: Montreal, Quebec, and Toronto, Ontario.
- Modality: On-site.
- Status: Full-time, paid.
