About the role#
As a Summer Associate Intern, you will work on complex business problems within an inclusive and collaborative environment. You may work on multiple projects at a time across various practice areas and industries, playing a key role in driving the research, analysis, and strategy for our cases.
What you'll do#
- Develop empirical models to address client needs using tools such as SAS, R, Stata, and Python.
- Contribute to and oversee the review of academic and industry research.
- Evaluate client documents to develop support for case strategies.
- Assist in the development of expert reports and other client deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to identify evidence-based solutions.
- Work with colleagues at all levels and across offices to foster a collaborative team environment.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Ph.D. program in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Expected graduation by the summer of 2028.
- Strong quantitative and research skills with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Ability to apply targeted research to address client challenges.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn.
- Capacity to anticipate and respond effectively to opposing arguments.
- Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong academic track record with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Compensation: Paid at a weekly rate of $4,600.
