    About the role#

    The Operations Graduate Program is a 13-week summer internship designed to help students solve real organizational challenges within the biotechnology sector. You will work within the Operations function, which includes Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations Transformation and Digital Strategy, Process Development, and Quality. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and professional development opportunities as you explore core business priorities.

    What you'll do#

    • Complete a project within the Operations function to advance business priorities.
    • Solve organizational challenges and develop skills for future career success.
    • Participate in virtual presentations and networking engagements with business stakeholders.
    • Attend an in-person professional development week at company headquarters in Thousand Oaks, California.
    • Engage in mentoring, coaching, and experiential learning activities.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently enrolled in an MBA, Master's, PharmD, or Ph.D. program.
    • Completion of the first year of your graduate program before the internship begins.
    • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
    • Must be 18 years or older.
    • Ability to work a full-time schedule.
    • Academic background in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

    Location & details#

    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Locations: Thousand Oaks, California; Holly Springs, North Carolina; Cambridge, Massachusetts; West Greenwich, Rhode Island; New Albany, Ohio.
    • Modality: This position includes both remote and on-site work.
    • Compensation: This is a paid internship.
    • Sponsorship: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the program. Sponsorship for future full-time employment is not guaranteed.
