About the role#
American Cutting Edge is hiring for a Sales Intern to join our team in Miamisburg, Ohio. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site and gain exposure to the daily operations of our sales department while contributing to real projects.
What you'll do#
- Research and generate new leads using platforms like ZoomInfo.
- Contact prospects via email and phone to set appointments or gather information.
- Update and maintain our CRM system.
- Participate in sales team meetings and share your ideas.
- Assist with the quoting process by routing internal data to the correct team members.
- Process standard orders from our e-commerce platform.
- Support the team on additional sales projects as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A curious mindset and a desire to learn about sales, customer success, and business development.
- Organizational skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a campus job is a plus, but not required.
