About the role#
This co-op program offers students a chance to gain professional experience in the energy sector during the fall term. You will work on projects that support Ameren's mission to Power the Quality of Life. The role is full-time and requires on-site attendance. This is a paid position.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters program for Mechanical Engineering at an accredited college or university.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Interest in clean and renewable energy solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Location & details#
- Term: Fall 2026 (May through December).
- Locations: Openings are available across Missouri and Illinois.
- Work Modality: This is an on-site position.
- Compensation: $21.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on factors including skills, education, and experience.
- Note: A housing stipend is available for students who live and attend school 50 miles or more away from their assigned work location.
