About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Seattle. You will work on-site for 12 weeks between May and September. This role focuses on talent acquisition, requiring you to manage job searches and build relationships across the business.
What you'll do#
- Manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against specific timelines.
- Set benchmarks and track progress against key metrics.
- Prioritize tasks to achieve service level agreements.
- Build relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.
- Generate candidate pipelines and manage client accounts.
- Provide customer service to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- You can work 40 hours per week for the full 12-week duration.
- You have previous work, internship, or leadership experience in a professional setting.
- You have a strong record in academics, leadership, or extracurricular activities.
- You are able to relocate nationwide.
