About the role#
This co-op position offers the chance to work within the Innovation Engineering team in Ripon, Wisconsin. You will contribute to projects that shape the future of our products while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. This is a full-time, paid position covering the Winter and Summer 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with Product Management to explore and identify new technologies for our product offerings.
- Partner with our lab to create Proof of Concepts and conduct viability testing.
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market dynamics and identify radical innovations.
- Develop, test, and validate new smart laundry features.
- Design, model, and create prototype laundry components.
- Perform data analysis on test results and draft comprehensive test reports.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to your work.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to critically assess and implement new ideas.
- Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Ability to perform tasks involving sitting, occasional standing, stooping, bending, and manual dexterity.
