About the role#
Alliance Laundry Systems is hiring an Innovation Engineer Co-op for the Summer and Fall 2027 terms. You will join the Innovation Engineering team in Ripon, Wisconsin, to work on the discovery and development of new technologies. This is a full-time, on-site, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with Product Management to identify and explore new technologies for product enhancements.
- Partner with the lab team to build Proof of Concepts and conduct viability testing.
- Work with Sales and Marketing to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for radical innovation.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- You take a proactive, hands-on approach to your work.
- You possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- You can critically assess and implement new ideas.
- You have exceptional computer skills and proficiency in relevant software tools.
- The role requires physical tasks such as sitting for extended periods, occasional standing, stooping, bending, and minimal lifting, along with manual dexterity.
