About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 within the Global Software Solutions team at Allegion. You will report to the Director of Brand & Solutions Marketing and gain experience across B2B marketing disciplines while working with software brands in the PropTech and access control space.
What you'll do#
- Support daily marketing operations and execute campaigns across multiple software brands.
- Assist with digital marketing tasks, including email campaigns, website updates, and lead generation.
- Partner with the Sales Development Representative team to drive pipeline, qualify leads, and close deals.
- Manage logistics, booth strategy, and communications for industry trade shows.
- Participate in go-to-market planning by building collateral, messaging, and campaigns for new product launches.
- Draft press releases, research media opportunities, and track brand coverage.
- Conduct market research and competitive audits to track industry trends and refine brand positioning.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience creating marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or Canva.
- Strong interest in B2B marketing, software, or the technology sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A proactive, sponge-like mentality and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
