About the role#
The Financial Analyst Intern will support the Financial Planning and Analysis groups at Allegiant. You will help analyze and optimize the operational and financial dealings of the company during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Track and project financial performance and factors that affect profitability and expenses.
- Provide routine and ad-hoc financial analysis regarding corporate performance.
- Assist with projects that require collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing data to provide actionable conclusions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Engineering (Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or significant computer programming experience.
- Experience working with large data sets and extracting useful information.
- Ability to create spreadsheet models and produce relevant outputs.
- Interest or experience in business, math, or economics.
- Experience with MS Access or Visual Basic is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a criminal background check.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- The role is scheduled for the Summer 2027 term.
