About the role#
This part-time Student Ambassador position for the Webberville Division is an opportunity to represent ALDI on campus during Summer 2026. You will serve as a brand representative, engaging with students and university offices to build excitement and recruit top talent for District Manager and internship roles.
What you'll do#
- Plan and schedule campus events to promote the company.
- Host at least two Campus Outreach Events.
- Participate in at least one Business School Career Fair and one University Career Fair.
- Develop creative materials for events and manage event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.
- Build relationships with the campus Career Services office to represent the company culture positively.
- Recruit high-quality applicants for future roles.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a group.
- Effective time management skills to maximize productivity and meet strict deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to apply creative solutions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
