About the role#
The Student Ambassador role is a part-time position designed to provide hands-on experience and real responsibilities. This role focuses on campus engagement, event planning, and recruitment initiatives to represent the company at your university.
What you'll do#
- Recruit high-quality applicants for District Manager and intern positions.
- Represent the company culture positively to students and the Career Services office.
- Schedule and plan events to increase engagement on campus.
- Host at least two campus outreach events.
- Participate in at least one business school career fair and one university career fair.
- Use creativity to develop event materials.
- Maintain accurate records using event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and prioritize work under strict deadlines.
- Strong time management skills to maximize productivity.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a group.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to apply creative solutions.
Location & details#
- Location: Tully, New York.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Employment type: Part-time, 8 hours per week for 18 weeks.
- Compensation: $28.00 per hour.
