Student Ambassador - Jefferson Division

About the role#

This is a part-time Student Ambassador position for the Jefferson Division, designed for students currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. This role focuses on campus outreach and recruitment efforts to support the company's hiring goals.

What you'll do#

• Represent the company culture positively across campus and engage with the Career Services office.
• Recruit high-quality candidates for District Manager and internship positions.
• Plan and schedule events to build interest in the company at your university.
• Host at least two Campus Outreach Events and participate in at least one Business School Career Fair and one University Career Fair.
• Use creativity to develop event materials.
• Maintain accurate records, including event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Effective time management skills to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
• Ability to solve problems, apply creative solutions, and work collaboratively in a group.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to establish goals and work toward their achievement.

• Term: Summer 2026.
• Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: $28.00 per hour, based on 8 hours per week for 18 weeks.
