About the role#
ALDI USA is seeking a Student Ambassador for the Greenwood Division. This part-time position involves representing the company on campus and engaging with the university community to recruit high-quality candidates for District Manager and Intern roles.
What you'll do#
- Plan and schedule events to build interest in the company at your university.
- Host at least two Campus Outreach Events and participate in at least one Business School Career Fair and one University Career Fair.
- Represent the company culture positively to students and the Career Services office.
- Develop creative materials for promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records using event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.
- Demonstrate initiative in recruiting efforts and perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively within a group.
- Effective time management skills to maximize productivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply creative solutions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
