About the role#
ALDI USA is seeking a Student Ambassador for the Faribault Division. This part-time role is designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. The position is paid at $28.00 per hour for 8 hours per week over an 18-week term during Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
- Recruit high-quality District Manager and Intern applicants by demonstrating initiative at events.
- Represent the company culture positively across campus and with the Career Services office.
- Schedule and plan university events to generate interest in the company.
- Develop creative materials for outreach activities.
- Host at least two Campus Outreach Events and participate in at least one Business School Career Fair and one University Career Fair.
- Maintain event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and applying creative solutions.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a group, follow instructions, and meet strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prepare materials tailored to specific audiences.
