About the role#
The Student Ambassador for the Hinckley Division serves as a representative for ALDI on campus. This part-time position focuses on recruitment, event planning, and brand promotion within the university environment.
What you'll do#
- Recruit high-quality applicants for District Manager and internship positions.
- Represent the ALDI culture positively to students and Career Services offices.
- Plan and schedule events to build interest in the company.
- Create promotional materials for events and maintain necessary documentation, including event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.
- Host at least two campus outreach events.
- Participate in at least one business school career fair and one university career fair.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to tasks.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a group and meet strict deadlines.

- Location: Batavia, Illinois.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Employment Type: Part-time, 8 hours per week for 18 weeks.
- Compensation: $28.00 per hour.
