Student Ambassador - Hinckley Division

About the role#

The Student Ambassador for the Hinckley Division serves as a representative for ALDI on campus. This part-time position focuses on recruitment, event planning, and brand promotion within the university environment.

What you'll do#

• Recruit high-quality applicants for District Manager and internship positions.
• Represent the ALDI culture positively to students and Career Services offices.
• Plan and schedule events to build interest in the company.
• Create promotional materials for events and maintain necessary documentation, including event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.
• Host at least two campus outreach events.
• Participate in at least one business school career fair and one university career fair.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to tasks.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a group and meet strict deadlines.

Location & details#

• Location: Batavia, Illinois.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Employment Type: Part-time, 8 hours per week for 18 weeks.
• Compensation: $28.00 per hour.
