About the role#
The Student Ambassador role is a part-time position focused on building brand awareness and recruiting talent at the university level. This role involves representing the company culture, coordinating campus outreach, and managing event logistics to attract candidates for District Manager and internship positions.
What you'll do#
- Recruit high-quality applicants for District Manager and internship roles by demonstrating initiative at campus events.
- Represent the company in a positive light to students and Career Services offices.
- Plan and schedule events to build excitement about the company on campus.
- Host at least two campus outreach events.
- Participate in at least one business school career fair and one university career fair.
- Develop event materials using creative solutions.
- Maintain accurate records, including event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare materials for specific audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize under strict deadlines.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively within a group.
- Strong time management skills and a focus on maximizing productivity.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to apply creative solutions.

- Work Modality: On-site.

- Compensation: $28.00 per hour, based on 8 hours per week for 18 weeks.
