Student Ambassador - Valparaiso Division

About the role#

This Student Ambassador position for the Valparaiso Division is a part-time opportunity for the Summer 2026 term. You will serve as a representative for ALDI, engaging with the university community and Career Services office to build awareness and recruit for District Manager and Intern positions.

What you'll do#

• Plan and schedule events to generate interest in the company at your university.
• Host at least two Campus Outreach Events.
• Participate in at least one Business School Career Fair and one University Career Fair.
• Develop creative materials for events and maintain accurate records using event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.
• Represent the company culture positively across campus.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, multi-task, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply creative solutions.
• Capacity to work collaboratively within a group and follow detailed instructions.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on attention to detail.
