Student Ambassador - Saxonburg Division

About the role#

As a Student Ambassador for the Saxonburg Division, you will act as a representative for ALDI on your university campus. This part-time role focuses on building brand awareness and recruiting high-quality candidates for District Manager and internship positions. You will work closely with Career Services and student organizations to coordinate outreach efforts.

What you'll do#

• Plan and schedule campus events to generate interest in the company.
• Host at least two Campus Outreach Events and participate in at least one Business School Career Fair and one University Career Fair.
• Represent the company culture positively to students and university staff.
• Develop creative materials for promotional events.
• Maintain accurate records using event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.
• Recruit potential applicants for District Manager and intern roles.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize under strict deadlines.
• Effective time management skills to maximize productivity.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a group and follow detailed instructions.
