Student Ambassador - Haines City Division

About the role#

As a Student Ambassador for the Haines City Division, you will represent ALDI on your university campus. This role focuses on building brand awareness and recruiting high-quality candidates for District Manager and internship positions. You will serve as a primary point of contact between the company and your university's Career Services office.

What you'll do#

• Plan and schedule campus events to generate interest in ALDI career opportunities.
• Host at least two Campus Outreach Events and participate in at least one Business School Career Fair and one University Career Fair.
• Develop creative materials to support event engagement.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.
• Represent the company culture positively to students and faculty.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare materials for specific audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize under strict deadlines.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to apply creative solutions.
• Effective time management skills to maximize productivity.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively within a group while following instructions with attention to detail.
