Student Ambassador - Center Valley Division

About the role#

ALDI is seeking a Student Ambassador for the Center Valley Division. This part-time, paid internship focuses on campus outreach and recruitment, providing hands-on experience in brand representation and event coordination.

What you'll do#

• Recruit high-quality applicants for District Manager and Intern positions.
• Represent the company culture positively across campus and within the Career Services office.
• Plan and schedule events to generate interest in the company at your university.
• Develop creative materials for promotional events.
• Host at least two Campus Outreach Events.
• Participate in at least one Business School Career Fair and one University Career Fair.
• Maintain event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a group.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to apply creative solutions.
• Capacity to establish goals, manage time effectively, and work under strict deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Location: Center Valley, Pennsylvania.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Term: Rolling.
• Hours: 8 hours per week for 18 weeks.
• Compensation: $28.00 per hour.
