Student Ambassador - Dwight Division

About the role#

ALDI is seeking a Student Ambassador for the Dwight Division to represent the company on campus. This part-time role focuses on building brand awareness, managing event logistics, and supporting recruitment efforts for District Manager and Intern positions.

What you'll do#

• Plan and host at least two campus outreach events, one business school career fair, and one university career fair.
• Recruit high-quality applicants for ALDI programs and positions.
• Serve as a positive brand representative to students and the university Career Services office.
• Develop creative materials for events and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records using event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under deadlines.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a group setting.
• Attention to detail and a focus on goal achievement.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Location & details#

• Location: Dwight, Illinois.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Part-time, 8 hours per week for 18 weeks.
• Compensation: $28.00 per hour.
