About the role#
ALDI USA is seeking a Student Ambassador for the Royal Palm Beach Division. This part-time position is designed for students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources. The role provides hands-on experience and real responsibilities during the Summer 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Recruit high-quality candidates for District Manager and intern positions.
- Represent ALDI on campus and engage with Career Services offices.
- Plan and schedule university events to promote the company.
- Host at least two campus outreach events.
- Participate in at least one business school career fair and one university career fair.
- Develop event materials using creative solutions.
- Maintain accurate records, including event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in a business-related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a professional manner.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Capacity to work cooperatively within a group.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to establish and achieve goals.
