About the role#
As a Student Ambassador for the Oak Creek Division, you will serve as a representative for ALDI on your university campus. This role focuses on building awareness and recruiting high-quality candidates for District Manager and internship positions. You will work to foster relationships with the Career Services office and manage outreach initiatives to promote the company culture.
What you'll do#
- Recruit top-tier applicants for District Manager and internship roles.
- Schedule and plan university events to build excitement about the company.
- Host at least two campus outreach events, one business school career fair, and one university career fair.
- Develop creative materials for events and maintain accurate records using tracking logs and meeting notes.
- Represent the company in a positive light to students and faculty.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a group.
- Proficiency in time management and productivity.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize work under deadlines.
