About the role#
We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op to join our team in Fort Worth. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter and Summer 2027 terms. You will work on-site to support our medical equipment manufacturing operations.
What you'll do#
- Design and implement modifications to existing manufacturing equipment to improve operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute engineering projects with minimal supervision.
- Estimate the time required for specific engineering tasks.
- Adapt to changing priorities and be flexible in your work assignments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university or college, with at least one semester completed before the start and at least one semester remaining after the term.
- Pursuing a bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Computer, or Biomedical engineering or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through projects or extracurricular activities.
- Authorization to work in the US on a permanent basis.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
- Experience with C++ or logic software programming.
- Proficiency in CAD or 3D modeling software.
