About the role#
Agri Beef is seeking students for our corporate internship program in Boise, Idaho. This role offers hands-on experience in business functions including Human Resources, Information Technology, and E-Commerce. You will work directly with our teams to support daily operations and contribute to specific projects related to your area of study.
What you'll do#
Depending on your assigned department, you will contribute to the following areas:
- Human Resources: Manage job postings and applicant flow, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews. You will assist with new hire orientation, support performance review processes, and represent the company at career fairs.
- Information Technology: Work with team leads to understand requirements and manage code from design through delivery. You will help develop internal processes to improve testing environments and provide support to end users.
- E-Commerce: Act as a front-line contact for customers via phone, email, and web chat. You will assist with marketing activities, contribute to content strategy, and track competitive promotional campaigns. You will also analyze industry trends to help inform our service and product recommendations.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career within the agriculture industry.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Current enrollment as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student is preferred.
- Progress toward a degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, Sales, Computer Science, or a related field.

- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Boise, Idaho.
- The internship is paid.
