About the role#
We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Intern to support an ERP pilot project. This role focuses on the integration and optimization of fleet, equipment, and digital systems. You will gain hands-on experience with tracking technologies and operational workflows while contributing to projects that improve efficiency and data accuracy.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and support GPS and telematics equipment for trucks and trailers.
- Assist with the installation and updates of equipment and driver applications.
- Coordinate equipment orders, installations, and follow-ups with vendors and service centers.
- Assist with system configurations and technical testing.
- Create and update work procedures and user guides.
- Support the organization and updating of equipment and asset records.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for fleet management.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Interest in technology, systems, and process improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
