About the role#
The Graphic Design Intern supports the marketing department by assisting with various projects across our business lines. This role offers the chance to gain professional experience while applying your education to real-world marketing and design tasks. You will work alongside our creative team to support marketing communications and internal business units.
What you'll do#
- Update and modify data sheets, brochures, catalogs, programs, and product profiles.
- Design materials for community and public relations initiatives, including logos, flyers, and posters.
- Implement design solutions to support the broader marketing team on various projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a four-year college or university with a minimum 2.75 GPA.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience creating graphics and preparing digital files for print media.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong collaboration skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Majors in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Graphic Design.
- Bonus points for experience in web design, photography, or photo retouching.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, part-time internship based on-site in Duncan, South Carolina.
- The term for this position is Winter 2027.
- Corporate housing is available for non-local students.
- A gas stipend is provided for students commuting more than 50 miles.
