About the role#
Acres is seeking a part-time Data Intern to join our data science team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This position is designed for students currently enrolled in an associate, bachelor, or master program who are interested in geospatial tools and land analytics. You will work 15 to 20 hours per week during the Fall 2026 semester to support our data research and entry efforts.
What you'll do#
- Map property boundaries and attributes within the platform.
- Verify the accuracy of data to uphold high standards of data integrity.
- Support ongoing research efforts conducted by the data team.
- Assist the Data Science team with data entry tasks.
- Plan and organize data management tasks.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
- Curiosity regarding agricultural land transactions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Enrollment in a degree program (Data Science, Agriculture, or Business Administration preferred).
