About the role#
ACCESS, Inc. is hiring a Graphic Design Intern to join our team in Akron, Ohio. This is an unpaid, on-site internship for a college junior or senior studying Graphic Design. You will report to the director of engagement and the communications specialist to help promote our mission and events.
What you'll do#
- Create designs based on project specifications.
- Produce logos, banners, and interfaces.
- Pitch creative concepts to the team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to launch projects.
- Incorporate feedback from other designers to improve your work.
- Use graphic techniques to develop drafts while following branding guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior in a Graphic Design program.
- Experience with design and graphics editing software, such as Canva.
- Practical knowledge of design techniques.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- A talent for creativity and problem-solving.
