About the role#
As an HR Recruiting Intern, you will support the day-to-day administrative functions of the Human Resources department. This role contributes to the mission of discovering and celebrating the abilities in every person while gaining experience within a non-profit organization.
What you'll do#
- Support daily administrative tasks within the Human Resources department.
- Conduct candidate outreach as part of the Recruiting Team.
- Assist in the broader organizational mission to support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college.
- Strong technology skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Location & details#
- Location: Bethel, Connecticut.
- Modality: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in the Bethel office, with remaining days remote).
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship for college credit only.
- Status: Full-time.
